Born from first-hand experience, The FIGHT4 Foundation was created to address an important challenge for young adults facing cancer.
Natalia was 23 years old when she was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, an experience that profoundly changed how she lives life.
As a young adult navigating physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges, she noticed that while many incredible resources were available, it felt overwhelming trying to sort through them and find what was most helpful. This ultimately led to the Fight4 Foundation—a platform dedicated to summarizing resources in a clear, accessible way. The foundation also aims to build a supportive community and ensure that young adults facing cancer, no matter where they are in the world, don’t have to fight alone.
#WhatDoYouFight4 is more than just a hashtag—it’s a movement. It’s a call to action for anyone impacted by cancer to share their story, their purpose, and what keeps them going.
For some, the fight is personal—battling illness, overcoming challenges, or advocating for better resources. For others, it’s about fighting for a loved one, for greater awareness, for a future where no one has to face these struggles alone.
At The FIGHT4 Foundation, we believe that everyone has something worth fighting for. By sharing our stories, we foster connection, break stigma, and remind each other that we’re not alone in this journey.
